Congresbury ladies have won the Weston & District Ladies League for the third consecutive year.
Captain Ruth Horton was presented with the trophy by league secretary Sandra Milliner, of Victoria Bowling Club, Weston-super-Mare.
The presentation day held at the club in Mill Leg
was attended by ladies from all eight clubs which compete in the league.
More than 40 ladies came from Burnham-on-Sea, Clarence Park, Isle of Wedmore, Portishead, Victoria Weston-super-mare, Wessex, West Backwell and, of course, Congresbury.
After a fun game on the Green, the ladies enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch prepared by Angela Jones, Kate Herbison and Dawn Harrison.
