CONGRATULATIONS JUNIORS!! Several of our juniors are competing this Sunday 26 March in the National Indoor Finals to be held in Nottingham. They are playing for Somerset in the Under18’s double rink team & their first game on Sunday will be the National semi final against Yorkshire. Somerset supporters will be cheering them on to get through to the final that same afternoon.
The Clubbuzz system has been upgraded giving us a fresh, new-look website and improved club administration functionality. This should make life easier for all public users and club members to find out about the club and what’s going on both playing wise and socially. If anyone has any suggestions as to what they would like to see then please let us know!

Two of our Junior Girls, Madi King & Katy Taylor have again been selected to play in the first round of the Somerset Johns’ Trophy on Sunday 26 June at Ilminster Bowling Club at 10am. Ant played Sunday 12th June for the Disability Bowls England team, against Scotland, this proved a great day for Ant Page at Leamington Spa. Playing in the DBE England vs Scotland event he won his singles 21-12 & drew his pairs game 12-12 against the Scotland’s Commonwealth Games ladies’ pair. Congratulations and well played Ant !
